Head of Off-Trade (Wine & Spirits)
Responsibilities
- Lead Key Account Team & Sales Team to serve supermarket chains, convenience stores and retail shops customer
- Responsible for planning and implementing the sales strategy and promotion programs to achieve company’s sales target
- Negotiate trading terms in an effective way to maximize company’s revenue
- Review the sales reports and analyze sales data and gather market intelligence for top management
- To control A&P budgets agreed in the brand plans ensuring that the expenditures are within the budget
Requirements:
- University graduate in Business, Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in Wine or Spirits industry
- Strong negotiation skills with proven track record of launching successful sales campaigns
- Result-oriented, data-driven and strong in strategic thinking
- High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
