Business Manager - Consumer Product Division
Job Highlights
- Report directly to the General Manager of Consumer Product Division
- Manages the business in Hong Kong and Macau
- To lead the team of the Division in achieving sales targets and take on management responsibilities of the team and be accountable for their performance.
- To work closely with the Principal and to be responsible for their development and implementation of the brands’ overall annual plan
- To develop new business and the potential channel growth
- To work on sales projection particular to the top/key customers
- To monitor and evaluate the actual sales performance against target and take action to remedy should any shortfall incur
- Capable of initiation and negotiation of the trading terms to the top/key customers
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in marketing, business or related
- 10+ years exp.in FMCG and 5 years people management experience
- Well understanding of the business matrix in all channels such as KA, On-Premises, Catering, Food Services and General Trade
- Outstanding in business planning, initiative, and people management skills.
- Outgoing, self-driven and possess positive attitude with good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Creativity and Numerical literacy
- Able to demonstrate leadership & motivate team-mates
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
